Our return policy is limited to defective merchandise. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please return it to our store in Hays KS with the original packaging and a note explaining the problem. We will replace the product or provide you with a store credit. We are not able to provide additional packaging in the event you’ve thrown away the original packaging.
If the item is apparel and the size needs to be exchanged for a different size, please indicate that in the note and it will be exchanged. Any and all returns or exchanges need to be postmarked within 20 days of order date.
